EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

DELIVERY TIMES: once your order has been processed by the workshop (24 to 48 hours on working days), you will receive an e-mail indicating that your order has been  shipped. Once your follow-up letter has been taken care of by La Poste, a delivery time of 3 to 5 days is required.

The products offered for sale by NEMERYS are subject to the legal guarantee against hidden defects subject to article 1641 of the Civil Code, in the event of non-compliance, the product may be returned, exchanged or refunded. 

These complaints must be made by email: contact@nemerys.com or by the contact form of the online store. 

In order to facilitate the exchange with the  customer service, please indicate the order number .

ARTICLE 1 - WITHDRAWAL DEADLINES  

The consumer has 14 days from receipt of his product to notify customer service of his desire to withdraw without justification in accordance with article L121-21 of the Consumer Code.  

ARTICLE 2 - EXCHANGE AND REFUND CONDITIONS  

Returns are subject to certain conditions: 

- products must be returned within 14 days of delivery

- the products must be returned in their entirety, new  and packed in their original packaging (jewelry box)

In case of non-compliance, or failures to these conditions  the right of withdrawal will be a failure.  

ARTICLE 3 - CONDITIONS OF RETURNS  

The NEMERYS online store carries out careful packaging when sending your order. 

Therefore it is preferable to reuse the cardboard  original shipping or bubble envelope. Any return in unsuitable packaging such as a postal letter will be damaged during return transport.

Any breach of these conditions will imply a refusal on our part to refund.  

ARTICLE 4 - RETURN PROCEDURE  

Once the return request has been made by email or via the contact form and after having received the additional information from NEMERYS, you can make your return. The method of postage is free, however it is preferable to opt for a shipment followed, in case of loss of the package by the postal services, the tracking number or the proof of purchase of this one are essential.  Therefore, any breach of these conditions will imply a failure of the refund process.  

SECTION 5 -  RETURN REQUEST FORM  

In order to facilitate the implementation of the return, a return form has been created by the customer service. This is available via the link below or will be sent to you when requesting a return from customer service. It is imperative to slip the form inside its return.  If necessary, the return cannot be taken into account.  

SECTION 6  - REPAYMENT

After receipt and verification of compliance with the conditions mentioned in the Exchange and Refund Policy, the company will refund the customer via the  of payment made when ordering.  

ARTICLE 7 -  DELIVERY DECLARATION

We are not liable for any error in entering your delivery address entered at the time of purchase.  

- your package is indicated as delivered to your address by the carrier, we do not issue any refunds or credit notes. 

In order to overcome the problem, Nemerys customer service will support you in the complaint process with La Poste. 

If you find that the tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact us within 7 days of the updated delivery status  at the following address: contact@nemerys.com

- your parcel is indicated as lost ,  you have 30 days after placing your order to notify us of the loss of your package by the carrier at the following address: contact@nemerys.com

According to your wishes, Nemerys customer service will offer you within 14 days of your request a resolution of the problem according to Article L. 216-3 of the Consumer Code: by means of a refund, the return of your order depending the availability of the items or, where applicable, a credit note.
